SHIPPING & RETURNS

If you are not entirely pleased with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging including the hanger (admin charge may apply) . Items are sent with a green security tag attached, any item which is returned with the green tag not attached will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please note for any refunds a one-off fee of £3.99 will be deducted from the amount for the cost of the return shipping. Please retain proof of postage until we we confirm your refund/exchange has been processed. Expect 7-10 working days for your refund to be processed.
